I met up with a handful of other local writers Friday night for dinner and chatter. I’m still learning about the publishing side of writing, so every time someone talks about getting a response — good or bad —  from a submission, I’m all ears.

They also convinced me I need to get a handle on Twitter and other social media, so I’m making adjustments to my blog and other locations to fix that.
